Grignolino and Freisa at Collisioni

On Wednesday, June 27th, thanks to the collaboration with the association Donne del Vino”, Tenuta Santa Caterina will be at Barolo for a tasting guided by Ian d’Agata. In fact, the Wine Project continues as part of Collisioni Festival, promoted since the origin by Ian d’Agata. Tenuta Santa Caterina and other Italian wineries will propose some wines from their production. Two are the themes of this tasting: a wine coming from old vineyard and a wine of the heart. In the first case, we chose our M2012, a Grignolino in purity that proudly presents the tradition of Historical Grignolino and also expresses its best characteristics with the aging in wood. As wine of the heart, instead, we will present our Freisa in purity, Sorì di Giul 2014, which is a Freisa d’Asti DOC Superiore. This is proposed as noble wine that stops for almost two years in the oak barrels in our Historical Cellar.
