Grazzano Badoglio’s Benedictine Abbey is an impressive architectural feat, whose foundations predate 1000 AD. The Parish Church, Marquis Aleramo’s Tomb and the imposing Romanesque Campanile (bell tower) complete the picture of this pretty Monferrato scene, set right at the top of the village. Private guided tours of these buildings can be arranged on request.

Chris Bangle's big benches are an iconic part of the landscape that makes up the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato hills. The Big Bench Community Project initiative aims to support local communities, tourism and the craft prowess of the nearby villages where these oversized furniture pieces have been installed.

E-bikes are available to hire from the house, allowing sustainable ways of exploring the streets of Monferrato at your leisure. E-bikes are semi-motorised mountain bikes, complete with GPS systems making this a really easy way of navigating through, and discovering the local area. Simply choose the day you want to go, and the house staff will organise the rest.
