"The wines of Tenuta Santa Caterina are produced exclusively from their own vineyards, reared with a precise territorial imprint. Every wine is a cru, each bunch is cured for long months with consistency and patience. In the cellar, fermentations are carried out with the help of only indigenous yeasts already present on the grape skins, the wine rests in the cellar until the optimal time for its consumption.
Wine is given indispensable attention in order to bring the soul of the landscape and the passion of the winemaker to the glass. These are my wines".
