Grappa made from Malvasia di Casorzo grapes is obtained by distilling virgin pomace, meaning pomace derived from simple pressing, without undergoing fermentation in the must. This process preserves the pomace's richness in juices and sugars. The result is a smooth and aromatic grappa.
Tenuta Santa Caterina has entrusted the production of this spirit to the renowned Mazzetti di Altavilla Distillery, which uses grapes harvested from a vineyard owned by Tenuta Santa Caterina.
Grappa, an exclusively Italian product, is a millennia-old testament to the art of distillation in our country.
